The Subsidiary aims to locate itself in Toronto, Ontario and serve the Greater Toronto Area. The Subsidiary’s office be open for appointments and inquiries from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Mondays to Fridays. The Subsidiary decided to locate its office and warehouse in GTA as it is the most strategic region in Ontario from an economic perspective. The GTA is expected to maintain its position as the predominant construction market in Canada which additionally stimulates demand for the Subsidiary’s products as driven by the high and increasing population in the area. In addition, the most populous city in the GTA, Toronto, recorded the highest housing starts in the province of Ontario, equal to 2,405 out 5,446 housing starts in the province in 2021. Mr. Mohammadi
Executive Director
Mr. Mohammadi spearheads the establishment of the Subsidiary’s operations in Canada as the Executive Director. He leverages his active involvement in managing the operations of the Parent Company as its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Mohammadi is a business management professional with extensive experience and expertise in sales, marketing and management of stone stores. Mr. Mohammadi holds an Associate’s degree in General Architectural Drawing and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Azad University. He is working for the Parent Company, Setareye Shargh Co., since 2014 as its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. His senior management experience in the Parent Company developed his business management expertise. Mr. Mohammadi’s efficiency and control of initiatives and quality-oriented approach is the foundation of the Parent Company’s success in Iran. Mr. Mohammadi’s professional background and experience allowed him to gain a deep understanding of industry intricacies. Mr. Mohammadi aims to transfer his knowledge and skills to the Canadian workforce – both the technical and practical aspects to succeed in the market. As the Subsidiary’s Executive Director, Mr. Mohammadi be in charge of staff management, business development strategies, client relations, and the development of sales and marketing strategies. He implements policies and concrete objectives through effective management and strategic decision-making.
